Purchasing:

Making a purchase is very simple to browse our selection and add items you wish to buy to your shopping basket. Once your selection is complete, you will be asked for some details necessary to complete your order. You will then be redirected to a secure payment site to enter your card details or use PayPal.

Description and Images:

All descriptions and images of products produced by the supplier are approximated only and intended to give a general idea of the product and not form part of the contract.

Shipping and Delivery:

All orders over $100.00 are eligible for free delivery. For orders below this amount, there will be a standard delivery charge of $5.00. Delivery to the Highlands may incur extra charges, and please be aware we do not deliver to Ireland. We aim to deliver goods within 2 working days after your order has been placed (Monday-Thursday inclusive.) If delivery is attempted, please be aware if we are not informed that an address is difficult to locate (in the comments section during the checkout process). There is no one to sign for it, or failure to provide the correct delivery address may result in redelivery charges.

Damaged Goods:

Should an item that has been purchased be unsatisfactory for any reason, we must be made aware within 14 days of purchase. After that, the product can be returned and refunded, provided the item is resalable. Please note: There will be a 10% restocking fee on any unhappy item and wish to return. (this excludes damaged or defective items). For example, suppose items are received damaged or missing parts. In that case, we must be notified immediately (Unless the damage occurs while using the thing, in which case you have up to 15 days from the date of purchase to tell us and receive a refund or replacement).

Limitation of Liability:

The Customer agrees that TRADEROID will not be liable for any losses or damage suffered by the Customer, including but not limited to damage to neighboring or connected items or premises, consequential loss, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of time due to the use or purchase of the goods by the Customer. Furthermore, TRADEROID will not be liable for any additional damage caused by the Customer’s failure to report a fault or defect in good time.
